By saying 'I love you' every time you look in the mirror, and meaning it.
By writing down 5 positive qualities, keep adding to these whenever a new one pops into your mind.
By laying down your boundaries if a loved one puts you down or belittles you....make them aware that they are treading on sensitive ground, firmly yet gently.
By delegating one part of the day as your 'I AM' time, your loved ones may or may not be a part of that time, the choice is yours.
By tapping into the universal love around you, if for some reason you feel unloved.
By understanding the uniqueness in every human being that walks this earth - no one is like you, let go of expectations and needs....what you need is within you and you alone.
By learning how to say 'No'.
By sharing the endless love you have within you, pull down the dams, let your love flow...
By believing that just as the sun never hides behind the clouds for ever, our inner positivity will always be the winner if we allow it.
By thanking the divine for what you do have...wake up with a smile and a prayer of thanks for being part of one more day in your life.
