We are all beings of energy, our consciousness, our experience of being is who we are, and that is energy.
Everything begins in your consciousness. Everything that happens in your life and everything that happens in your body begins with something happening in your consciousness. Your consciousness is who you are, your experience of being. Your consciousness, your experience of BEING, the you that you really are, is energy. Your consciousness is connected to every cell in your body and can communicate with every organ, every tissue and every cell of your body.
You decide what ideas to accept and which to reject. You decide what to think and you decide what to feel. When these decisions leave you with residual stress you experience the stress as if in your physical body. These stresses can lead to disharmony within the mind, body spirit system of our being.
The body is always our friend. Unless you are getting in its way, your body will remain healthy. However, it will faithfully mirror back the state of your consciousness. If you have symptoms, the body is helpfully waving a red flag at you. It is asking you to wake up, and make some changes.
How do we know which changes to make? The answer to any questions you might ask is to be found within you according to Barbara Wren. We are not separate, isolated individuals but multidimensional interconnected beings of light, living in an interconnected universe. What unfolds around us has a direct and tangible influence on our body and likewise how we live has a direct effect on the universe.
Once we begin to understand how our thought processes, learned behavior or expectations of ourselves and others affect our own personal universe especially our mental emotional and spiritual levels of being we can then practice this knowledge and begin to live a more balanced and harmonious life.
What happens around us, how we re-act to potential stressful situations or people begins an internal chemical process which can flood the body and organs and when this happens over long periods of time it creates an imbalance within the body, our internal universe. This imbalance disrupts our vibration frequency which at a very basic level is a combination of energy and consciousness. The body is a vehicle for the consciousness and by changing our conscious thoughts into positive behaviors we can re balance our internal and external worlds.
If your methods of coping with stress aren’t contributing to your greater emotional and physical health, it’s time to find healthier ones. There are many healthy ways to manage and cope with stress, but they all require change. You can either change the situation or change your reaction. When deciding which option to choose, it’s helpful to think of the four as: avoid, alter, adapt, or accept.
Since everyone has a unique response to stress, there is no “one size fits all” solution to managing it. No single method works for everyone or in every situation, so experiment with different techniques and strategies. Focus on what makes you feel calm and in control.
When we are in harmony and balance internally this balance then begins to transfer to our immediate external world and those around us. We then begin the ripple effect like a stone thrown in a pond all around feel the ripples and so on and so on. We can find ourselves in a place where fear can be removed and personal potential realised.
