Spirit Guides walk with us even though we walk in our lives in many different ways. While some are reckless and live in the moment, many of us are cautious and careful.
No matter how you wish to go through your daily lives, it is important to know that there are spirit guides that guide and support you wherever you go.
In your time of need and difficulty, sometimes you wish to talk to a psychic via online readings for wisdom, which is a good way to check if you are doing the right thing.
Your spirit guides would not be able to help you unless you reach out to them and ask for their help.
"Spirit guide" is a term used by the Western tradition of Spiritualist Churches, mediums, and psychics to describe an entity that remains a disincarnate spirit in order to act as a guide or protector to a living incarnated human being.
Your spirit guides are chosen just for you. Though they are not in flesh, their wish for you to grow is sincere, that is why they devote their time going wherever you go. If you are in a slump and feel that your spirit is broken, perhaps it is time to do some healing.
Her are a few simple ways for you to reconnect with yourself and re-energize the power you have lost. Engaging with your spirit guide will pave the way to restoring your emotional and physical self.
As previously mentioned, your spirit guide cannot do anything to help you if you do not talk to them and ask for their guidance. They have no power to intervene unless they are summoned by you.
Allow them to step in and take over your healing process. You will not be sorry ... they will guide you back to a healthier version of you. Your mind may say or act against it, but surrender is a must. Let the spirit do its work.
After asking for help, it is now time to bring your side.
Focus on what is really important. Keep telling yourself that you really want this; that you want to really get better.
Only upon realizing what you really want can true recovery start.
Relaxing is the best way to free yourself from anything that burdens you.
Let go of your fears and hesitations.
Find a place that soothes your soul, sit still, listen to silence and breathe.
Meditation and yoga are great recommendations to help you relax completely.
When partaking in meditation the secret is to try to not think too much, let your thoughts go. You can, perhaps, imagine the beach before you, waves crashing, birds singing, and you are far from danger.
For you to truly move on from the hurts of the past, allow your spirit guides to help you must face them head on.
Revisit the experiences that brought you trauma and realize how you far you have come since then.
Replaying a disastrous part of your life tend to get emotional. Know that this is normal.
Even feeling guilty, and sometimes crying, can be a crucial part of your healing process.
Remember to respect the process, cry if you have to, unburden yourself. A good cry is sometimes the best medicine.
Since your primary goal is to heal yourself, forgiving yourself as well as those people who have caused you pain needs to be done.
You are doing this not for them, but for yourself in order to finally move on with your life.
If you have hurt someone ... you can start by taking responsibility for your actions and recognizing that your action had caused them pain. Apologise and reassure them that it is not going to happen again.
Forgiving brings out the good in people.
Sometimes, we are forgiven, even though we do not deserve it, but it must be done.
This when you and your body with the help of your spirit guides freely accept new healthy emotions and images ... this is sometimes called re-scripting. If you wish to get used to new desired attitudes and views life, re-scripting is the way to go.
You can do a lot of things to aid yourself while in the healing state. You can look at beautiful photos of nature, go on a stress-free vacation to unwind, listen and watch meditation videos.
With continuous practice, you will feel lighter each day.
You will start to realize that you have changed for the better. Your view towards things will be more positive and you will no longer dwell on the negative side of life.
Doing what makes you happy is part of the healing process as it opens you to new positive energy. You can also think of this as rewarding yourself for choosing a better path.
These small actions will make you feel lighter and more optimistic in how you see things.
Whenever the situation demands, it is important that you say thank you. It can be as simple as saying thank you to the guy who held the door for you, saying thank you to the person who delivered your food or just saying thank you.
Recognizing people in gratitude not only does well for your healing process for theirs as well. Plus, knowing that your actions are appreciated, no matter how small or irrelevant, is something you can smile about.
There you have them! These are just some the simple ways you can connect to your spirit in order to heal yourself. The healing process takes time, dedication, and discipline. It does not happen overnight. Keep working on yourself and know that there is always a better version of us waiting to happen.
